Position Overview :
Strong Portfolio Manager with experience leading global Enterprise CRM projects across multiple stakeholders. Responsible for managing cross functional teams and multiple initiatives in Sales, Customer Service and Sales & Marketing Automation.
The position requires strong execution mindset and significant influencing skills to drive alignment and standardization of sales and customer care priorities for 9+ businesses. It requires ability to prioritize and assign project responsibilities to the capability/project managers on the team; and work with 3 rd party vendor for delivery of the technical solution.
We are particularly interested in individuals with a strong understanding of CRM business processes and large scale Salesforce.com implementation experience. Salesforce.com is used by Marketing, Sales and Service functions in all CLIENT Connectivity business units globally with nearly 2,500 users.
Responsibilities & Qualifications :
Responsible for managing the Portfolio of all CRM initiatives (supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Service functions including marketing automation, lead management, sales effectiveness, and customer care programs) and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.
Manage a team of capability managers/project managers to prioritize and implement capabilities aligned to business priorities.
Work effectively with our delivery partners to ensure timely/quality delivery of the solutions.
Plan and actively manage budget for the portfolio. Maintain and communicate progress of strategic CRM roadmap.
Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate implementation costs, proper team structures, delivery process, ensure governance of project delivery and transition to managed support model.
Drive continuous deployment/delivery model utilizing established to automate build, configure, test and deploy CRM capabilities.
Lead client meetings as required.
Identify and manage portfolio risk.
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
7+ years Project management experience with a solid understanding of project management methodology related to Salesforce.com domain. PMP preferred.
Experience leading a team of project managers, business analysts and developers managing multiple projects with diverse requirements and competing priorities.
At least 3 years' hands-on experience with Salesforce.com platform
Self-directed leader with a blend of technology / business expertise and a proven track record of achieving results through others.
Strong ability to influence others outside their direct area of control and work collaboratively. Ability to interact effectively with business executives.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
Strong oral/written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
