So, what’s the role?

It’s a technical one where you’ll help solve issues with a range of complexity. In all cases you’ll deliver best-in-class support where you’re not tracked or judged on ticket close time.

Responsibilities and Duties
What’s a normal day like?
  1. Resolving issues with empathy balancing between urgency and care in details.
  2. Owning, investigating and troubleshooting customer technical issues from start to end.
  3. Developing small code solutions to frequent customer issues.
  4. Documenting your solutions so we can improve for next time.
  5. Collaborating with colleagues to show blind spots in the spirit of progress.
  6. Sharing your learning and knowledge.

Well, you’ve got technical skills such as:
  1. Knowledge of front end web development technologies, analytics and browser tools.
  2. Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
  3. An understanding of SPA frameworks and a desire to learn more.
  4. Skill with Google Analytics and Chrome Development tools.
And professional skills like:
  1. A growth mindset that’s excited to learn and improve.
  2. Strong critical thinking skills.
  3. Prioritization skills that allow you to manage a range of projects.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Up to $30 per hour

Timezone: Working 10am – 6pm Eastern Time Zone, but can be located anywhere

Status: Independent Contractor. No citizenship requirements or work permits needed.
